Before you pay

Payment is taken through Razorpay, one of India’s largest payment gateways, so you can pay by card, UPI or net banking. Your card details go to Razorpay and are never stored by Digilight India. Nothing renews automatically — when your plan is due, you choose whether to renew it — and you can cancel at any time.
Nothing is charged automatically. If you have not chosen a plan, your account simply pauses until you do. We never charge a card without your explicit consent.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time — there is no contract, no minimum term and no termination fee. If you are on an annual plan, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Moving up switches the new features on straight away and we adjust the price for the rest of your billing period. Moving down keeps everything you have already entered — nothing is deleted — you simply cannot add more of whatever the lower plan does not include. There is no contract and no upgrade fee.
Yes. On annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access — the equivalent of 2 months free. On the Starter plan that is ₹9,990 for the year instead of ₹11,988, which works out to ₹833 a month. Monthly billing stays available on every plan, and you can switch.
No. A GST number is completely optional. If your property is registered, add your GSTIN and every invoice you raise carries it. If you are not registered — as many small hotels, homestays and guest houses are not — you can skip that step and keep using everything, including billing. It never blocks signing up, subscribing, or running your property day to day.
